The location is ideal, a bus stop was nearby which we used daily. There are cafes, super stores and restaurants all at walking distance.
The staff is courteous and helpful.
The rooms are big and the hotel is overall clean.
The breakfast had decent variety.

Excellent staff who very responsive to questions before arrival and went out of their way to assist me once arrived.
Location near one of the main museums in Baku but otherwise had to catch bus or taxi to main city attractions and old town.
Some minor things could improve the service - for example- there was a kettle and cups in the room but no coffee or tea bags, ditto no hangers in wardrobe, and only one toilet roll so one had to go to reception and ask for more. This might reflect a concern that these items would be stolen by guests.

Incredibly polite staff.
I did not have any problem

Staff is very pleasing and polite. They communicate well before and during the stay
Cleanliness is questionable.
Daily cleaning of room only done for once in my 5 days stay. Towels were not clean enough that you can touch it to your skin.
Breakfast room is smelling very bad, full of fried oil smell.
Air conditions working well but needs cleaning since when working it emits bad smell.
Water pressure in the shower is so poor that you can barely manage to have a shower
