We stayed for a week in September and it was exceptional! We booked a 3 bedroom “apartment” which was really spacious, with 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. All the rooms had an AC, so it was never hot no matter the weather outside. Also the staff brought us drinking bottled water (tap water was not quite drinkable, there were signs saying that to keep us safe). Also members of the hotel staff are amazing as well, we talked with Adiba while booking, she provided us all additional information and photos if we needed it. Another employee, Hamida, helped us book a restaurant (as we could not call the place in advance, she took care of that for us). Overall the people were really helpful, the stay was comfortable, will definitely recommend!
Additional: the underground is in 10 minutes walking distance, supermarket and a shopping centre also in 10-15 minutes walking. And we could get there by the bus from the airport (it was much cheaper than the taxi, even though we needed to go from metro station with the bags)
I think there was a small issue with the ac in one of the rooms, it was leaking a bit, but not much and after the cleaner came it was always clean and dry
