Metro/bus station and interesting precincts nearby. Good to have an elevator, and apartment well designed and sized for 2 of us. All amenities we could have needed, with clear instructions (eg for washing machine). Drying room worked really well for clothes wet from typhoon sideways rain and laundry. Close to convenience stores/shops/restaurants/metro entrances/ Golden Gai and Kabukicho. Door code meant easy access and good security. Gusto cafe around the corner for breakfast. Nice touch that some drinks/snacks were provided in the room, and loan umbrellas in foyer.
Nothing.

Good amenities and well thought through property.
Could be noisy for families etc.

Location is excellent. Close to station and so much more. Easy self check in.
It’s tiny. There is a balcony but not something you’d use. Dated. Not enough pillows.
