Disappointed as soon as we arrived at the apartment. Not recommend to others.

Nothing special Our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We booked this property for June 18–23, 2026, but were only able to stay for one night and left on June 19 because of poor property's condition. Be aware of that property.

No key for the building entrance. Apartment cannot be locked due to broken lock. Aircon doesn’t work. Microwave doesn’t work. When we arrived, the lockbox provided by the host was empty, so we had no way to access the building. We tried contacting the host but did not receive a prompt response. We waited outside for about an hour before the host informed us that the key had been lost and that they had not been aware of it. We were then instructed to go to another location to pick up a backup key. Unfortunately, the backup key did not work to unlock the building entrance. We were only able to get inside because another resident entered the building and allowed us to follow them. This also meant we were never provided with a working key for the building entrance. Once we reached the apartment, we found several additional problems. The apartment door lock was broken and could not be locked, which raised serious security concerns. The air conditioner and microwave were not working, and the beds were dirty with a noticeable moldy smell. Because we arrived late in the evening, we had no practical alternative accommodation and had to stay there for one night. The following day, we moved to another property at a much higher cost because we did not feel this accommodation was safe or suitable for our family, especially our teenage daughters. The property did not match the listing and appeared to have been poorly maintained. These issues should have been addressed before accepting guests. The host instructed us to contact Booking.com regarding a refund. We submitted our request to Booking.com customer service, but we have not yet received a response. At the time of writing, neither the host nor the platform has resolved our case or accepted responsibility for the problems we experienced. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property, especially for families with children or teenage daughters, due to the lack of security and poor maintenance.

Terrible room rental experience

We cancelled the apartment rental right after 10 minutes after we came in the room ,ready went out for dinner..we closed the door and prepared to lock the door, .The locker of the door broken and felt out . Terrible.Very bad maintenance of the apartment for rent. We had to move out, let the room unlocked.and left.We had to rent another hotel.Contacted with the owner only through email.Booking..com promised to full refund to me.Untill 6 days later, I still get the full refund. Very bad rental. Booking.com should not advertise for that apartment.. punishing it.Also Booking.com better send me some compensation for cause me so much inconvenience. Bad hotel reservation experience!

Bad ,terrible..Spend 1 and half hour to contact to locate the key, the key box no key.....,, then the apartment room door lock broken, ..,the lock of the door felt apart , the room can not locked..... Horrible, trouble..., we have to book another hotel urgently and with high price..., booking.com should full refund to me and also need some compensation for me .....
