great location and price, uncomfortable bed

location location location!!! So charming. Good fridge and freezer. linens clean. Nice tub!

Bed is for people who like sleeping on springs. Drain was very slow in the shower. Fridge quite dirty, and couldn’t use iron as it has so much residue burnt onto it.

Disappointing stay

Only the location as it is part of the Warsaw Old town.

The host is far from professional. Check-in details were only provided on the day of arrival, and only after I specifically requested them. This made the check-in unnecessarily stressful. Further messages not even responded to. As mentioned in the property description, the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. Guests have to carry their luggage up a narrow, winding staircase, which is particularly inconvenient with heavy bags. The instructions for unlocking the main and security doors were also vague and poorly explained. The apartment is poorly maintained. There is no Wi-Fi, and several appliances and fixtures are rusted and visibly worn. The washing machine is faulty: clothes remained soaking wet even after several additional spin cycles. The dishwasher was so dirty that it needed to be cleaned before use, and the refrigerator was also noticeably unclean. The washbasin is another issue, as water stagnates and drains very slowly. Adding to all of this is the unresponsive and unprofessional host. Guests should not have to chase the host for basic information or assistance. The only real positive is the location. However, Warsaw has excellent and inexpensive public transport, so there is little reason to tolerate these conditions when better accommodation can easily be found nearby. Overall, this property is poorly maintained, lacks basic amenities, has faulty and neglected appliances, and is let down by an unprofessional host. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great location

Location is great, check in is easy and simple. Kitchen some basic necessities. Bathroom has shower and thub. Wifi is good.

One of the power plugs in bedroom is not working, and there is a metal piece stuck in it, so just avoid it and be carefull.

Good value

I liked the location, and the communication with the host

I think the furniture needs some improvement, also the bed sheets were very used, clean but very old,

Nice touch with tea and coffee

The fact it was on the 3rd floor, with no lift. The toilet is far too close to the sink.
