Wouldn’t recommend

Hi there, quite disappointed with our stay. Before I write an honest review I wanted to give the property owners time to respond and maybe partially refund. However they have dismissed all points, which is extremely frustrating & unrofessional. The hot water was literally on there for less than 4 minutes each shower and then it wasn’t that hot. You have 2 baths both of which were unusable due to water pressure & no hot water. The pressure on the shower in main bedroom was appalling. You have to wait after about 3-4 mins or more to get more hot water . There has been no one in to tidy/clean? I put the bath mat on the floor to get out of the shower and the dirt from the floor was discusting. My socks have been black at the bottom walking around! The kitchen door flooded the rain in and flooded the kitchen floor extremely slippery & dangerous. The pool was only cleaned today so before that couldn’t be used as it was dirty and things floating around in it. There is no form of heating in the villa which has made it very unpleasant indeed. I have literally had a blanket attached to me all day every day. Please respond thank you
