Pool was great for the kids to play in plus there were some inflatables left which they enjoyed.
Spacious accommodation for our family of 4.
Easy walk to the local beach and about 30 minutes to the play mujeres which was lovely. Easy walk to marina rubicon for places to eat.
Shops nearby.
Overall the property was in quite good condition.
Very loud live (not very good!) music every night from the local hotel.
Not enough hot water for the whole family to shower.
When it was windy at night this made all the doors in the house rattle so we had to close the windows.
Bathrooms could do with a bit of TLC.

Location was great- beside shop and park. Great facilities- children loved pool and putting green. Smart TV was very easy to use.

The host company were great at responding to questions/requests - for example, providing kitchen equipment that was not there when we arrived.
The kitchen and some of the crockery and cutlery could have been cleaner.
