An extremely disappointing experience — I paid for three nights but couldn't stay even one.
There was absolutely nothing I liked about this property. The conditions were so unacceptable that, despite paying for three nights, I could not stay even a single night. It was an extremely disappointing experience.
Rating: 1/10 – Completely Unacceptable
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I booked and paid for three nights in this studio apartment in Cape Town, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I could not spend even a single night at the property.
The apartment had numerous serious problems:
* Leaking air conditioner: The air conditioning unit was leaking water directly onto the bed, making it impossible to sleep comfortably.
* No suitable additional bed: I requested an extra bed, but none was available. The sofa, which could potentially have served as an alternative, was broken and unusable.
* No Wi-Fi: Despite being an essential service for travellers, there was no functioning Wi-Fi.
* Lack of basic amenities: There were no towels, soap, or other basic necessities expected in accommodation.
* Electrical problems: The apartment also had issues with the lighting, adding to the discomfort and inconvenience.
* Poor communication: Most disappointing was the property owner’s complete lack of responsiveness. I reported the unacceptable conditions, but the owner failed to communicate with me or offer any meaningful assistance or solution.
The overall condition of the apartment was extremely poor and completely unsuitable for a comfortable stay.
What makes this experience particularly frustrating is that I paid for three nights and did not use the accommodation for even one night. I was left without the accommodation I had paid for and had to deal with the inconvenience of finding an alternative.
I believe guests deserve accommodation that meets basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, functionality, and customer service. Unfortunately, this property failed in all these areas.
I strongly advise potential guests to think carefully before booking this property. Based on my experience, it did not meet even the minimum standards expected of paid accommodation.

Very bad experience in every way we paid the full amount for 2 nights but we stayed only for 1
Unhygienic no information about the water situation the toilet was not flushing it smelled very bad couldn't shower because no running water requested a extra bed but never received the bed

Terrible we wanted to change the room but couldn’t get hold of the owner
The place was ok
The were few concerns the fridge wasn’t working when you plug it on it trips the electricity. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and there’s bad bugs we couldn’t sleep due to that. The owner doesn’t respond to any queries just blue tick messages and no response
The refrigerator has power but doesn't work. And It is very difficult to find the location of this place.

Very nice location across to may food shops and coffee shops and bars. The room was nice a spacious, minimal furniture not enough chairs for dinner etc.
Place was invested with bugs, crawling all over in bed walls. The aircon, fridge blinds broken
