Accessing the property was quick and easy, with instructions provided on the day of arrival, quick responses to any queries was also appreciated.
The property itself was cleaned to an acceptable standard, this could evidently be smelled upon initial arrival.
Reasonable appliances are provided, and all worked with no issues.
Main bathroom had a sizable bath and very hot water, the shower pressue was on the lower side but still very much usable.
Comfortable, large sofa. Bed was also comfortable to sleep on.
Noise at night was reasonable and largely not beyond anything you would expect from an apartment block in a city. I stopped on the 5th floor and other than the occasional noise from downstairs the nights were quiet. The only exception to this was on the final night as the flat below was evidently celebrating the start of freshers week, but I would not mark the property down for this as it was likely a one-off and not in their control.
While clean the property was evidently "worn" in most areas with scratches and scuff marks on walls as well as bare-patches where previous TV mounts sat, only a small point.
The main issue was the WiFi which was spotty at its best and essentially unusable for the majority of the time. If you're using the property as a place to get your head down after a concert it isn't much of an issue, but if not come prepared with enough data on your devices.
This also had a knock-on effect with the TV which works soley based on an internet connection, which it does not have. Without hotspotting it was literally useless.
The washing machine wasn't really usable as it had a very mouldy smell.

Tony-site Manager was very helpful.
Location great just by river and Millenium bridge.
Good sized rooms.
2 bathrooms and water pressure was great in the shower.
Quieter than expected.
TV is huge and loved 2x chaise longue parts to sofa.
En suite bedroom window handle didn't shut properly.
En suite floor had lots of hairs on it.
Decor finishing around the edges was poor.

The property itself is great. The interior is clean and very nice with good sized bedrooms, good sized kitchen and good lounge. The surrounding area however is located directly adjacent to a rough looking estate. On site parking is limited so on road parking after 6:40 is available but I did not feel very confident leaving my van in the road.
However over all the place is nice.
