Very spacious. Three bedrooms with large beds, separate bathrooms in each one. Two of the bedrooms even have their own walk-in closets. Clean bedsheets, clean fresh towels (xl size), clean bathrooms! The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils. There is a washing room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and stuff to keep the apartment clean during your stay (which is important, if you are a big group). The location is very communicative - there is a bus stop right in front of the building - a direct line to the Vatican City, a metro station with a direct line to the Colosseo and Roma Termini). If your keen on walking - it’s a 40 min pleasant walk to Circo Massimo and the central part of Rome. There is a big Supermarket behind the building and another one - 6 mins walk. There is a cooperative market 100 m away from the building, so if you like to use the kitchen and eat in - it’s easy as pie.
The floor tiles are very old and worn - at first sight I was really shocked, but they only look dirty, because of the age and old stains. There is a building exterior renovation work going on right now and dust is coming through the windows - if you keep them open. There are not enough wine glasses and no beer cups. The couch in the living/dining room is worn out with some cigarette burns and needs washing and refreshment. There were duvets that were stained and apparently not washed for some time. Hopefully it was warm enough and we didn’t need them.

Ubytovanie bolo priestranné, čisté, dobre vybavené. Super lokalita blízko obchodu, reštaurácie, autobusovej zastávky aj zastávky metra. Super bola aj postielka pre dieťa.
V prvej izbe opraviť kľučku, zachodovu dosku, policu oproti postele je ovisnutá. Doplniť poháre na víno.

Air-conditioning was good, shower was wonderful. Beds were comfy with plenty of additional bedding if required.

Close to metro into city with 6/7 min walk
Neighbour (possible holiday tenant) enjoyed playing a variety of noisy music after 10.30pm which only seemed to kick off when we started having conversation in the lounge making you feel like you were being punished for talking, appreciate this is not fault of the apartment we were staying in

The property is quite large and modern. It benefits from a lot of sunlight (though this is easily manageable using the shutters and curtains in the building) and we found it very clean on arrival. We had no issues with water (it’s safe to drink and the debit of the showers and sinks is very good) and electrical systems and generally had almost no issue at all. The host was also quite cooperative and seems well-versed in English.
There were a few communication issues with the host but alas we overcame them, as well as a few minor issues at the property but we didn’t mind them ultimately. Probably the biggest issue is that the location is not very close to any major monument besides the Basilica of St. Paul and the Piramide, which means you will have to take the metro or the (very unreliable) busses to the Vatican, Roman Forum/Colosseo etc.
