Located halfway between the traditional neighborhoods of Garbatella and Testaccio, we’re just a short walk from the Pyramid of Cestius and Porta San Paolo. We’re a 9-minute walk from the Piramide metro station—just two stops from the Colosseum—with convenient connections to downtown Rome and the Ostia Antica ruins, which can be reached in 30 minutes. The surrounding area is thriving, with plenty of traditional restaurants and cocktail bars. The Piramide area is a charming blend of history and modern life.

My wife and I stayed with our two boys (5 and 9) in June 2025. The apartment was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated that it had some distance from the tourist hot spots (and therefore more affordable) while also being within walking distance to the metro and only a few stops away from the action. Neighborhood was lively and full of great food and drink. (We frequented doppiozero, the cafe/bar below the apartment). Host was incredibly accommodating, including coordinating an early arrival/bag drop and a post-stay pickup of lost item. Highly recommend!
