The staff, location, and food were excellent
It is a residential compound, not a hotel. There are no activities at all at any time. The Egyptian flag is damaged, and some guests throw trash into the water. I saw many tea cups in the sea. There is no proper path or access to the swimming area, so you have to walk over the coral reefs to get into the water.
The bathroom door could not be opened from the inside, which caused us a lot of trouble. There was also no phone inside the apartment to contact the management when needed, which made our stay even more difficult. There was no internet anywhere. You are given Wi-Fi passwords, but they do not work.
Despite all these negative points, considering the price compared to hotels in Hurghada, it is still excellent value for money. You get what you pay for.

I like the structure of the property.
There were a few things missing from an accommodation with a kitchenette. Just one pot, kettle was broken on second or third day. Hairdryer, we had to wait and take turn to have one given to us and taken again for another guest. The restaurant was far back at the end of the property by the water front. We had breakfast included, but only had breakfast there on our first day and never did again throughout the stay, the food was very good and not well presented at all.
