We had such an amazing vacation! Everything was great, but the food was honestly one of the best things about this place. The buffet was incredible, with so much variety, and everything was so delicious! They also have five other restaurants, and we tried them all. Every single one was really good. The food quality and variety were definitely some of the best we've experienced at a resort.
The Aqua Park was the best we had so much fun, and we really enjoyed our time there me and my 2 kids.
But what made our vacation extra special was Mr. Osama Fawzy. He is truly one of a kind! Such a kind, helpful, and welcoming person. He was always there whenever we needed anything and made us feel completely at home. His hospitality and the way he took care of every little detail really made a difference.
A big thank you to Mr. Osama and the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

One of the most convenient features was the online check-in, which significantly streamlined our arrival process and allowed us to start enjoying the hotel immediately.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Osama, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. We would also like to commend Mr. Ahmed, the Main Restaurant Manager, whose meticulous attention to detail, alongside the chef, was truly commendable.
Our evening at the Italian restaurant was particularly memorable, made even better by the attentive service from the entire team. Furthermore, the bar service was fantastic.
The aqua park was a highlight of our trip; we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. A special word of thanks goes to the safety guards managing the park efficiently and to the animation team for their endless effort in making the evening nightlife so engaging and memorable.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team—Mohamed, Badawy, and Kareem—for keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay.
