Welcome to “La Dolce Vita,” an elegant, self-contained apartment in the heart of Spoleto’s historic center, just a short walk from the Duomo and Piazza del Mercato.
This 16th-century residence combines historic charm with modern hospitality, offering spacious accommodations on two levels, ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking privacy and comfort.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, perfect for ensuring privacy and tranquility for all guests. One bedroom has a fixed double bed, while the other can be configured with two single beds or a double bed, upon request.
The living room is spacious and bright, tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV with Netflix, and board games to entertain both adults and children. Adjacent to it is the coffee corner, equipped with a pod coffee machine, a kettle, herbal teas, a toaster, and a microwave.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any type of meal, making it ideal even for extended stays.
Outside, a private patio is perfect for relaxing, letting the kids play, or letting your four-legged friends roam freely; it’s also a handy space for storing bicycles.
Although located in a pedestrian zone, the apartment is easily accessible thanks to a convenient paid parking lot connected by a mechanized path, allowing you to reach the apartment on foot without any hassle.
