The 18th-century villa is situated on a hill and is nestled in the lush Umbrian countryside near the Spoleto-Assisi Green Way and not far from the center of Spoleto (about 3 km).
It is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing vacation and serves as an ideal base for visiting numerous sites of historical, cultural, and scenic interest: Assisi, Campello sul Clitunno, Norcia, Cascia, the Marmore Falls, Perugia, and Todi.
The self-contained apartment is located on the first floor of the villa and consists of a spacious living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, and one bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the loft, which features two single beds and a walk-in closet. It features terracotta tile floors, wooden-beamed ceilings, and offers a splendid view of the Spoleto Valley.
You’ll have access to a beautiful 8x15-meter swimming pool reserved exclusively for villa guests, where you can relax and cool off on hot days. Parking is covered and reserved.
