Enjoy a wonderful getaway in our well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet yet prime spot within the complex.
Just throw on your bathrobe and take the elevator straight to the approximately 1,500 m² wellness area (“Römerlagune”).
The apartment is located in the Predigtstuhl Resort, in Building 6 on the fourth floor, and is easily accessible by elevator.
The “Römerlagune”—which is free for you to use (an approximately 1,500 m² wellness area with an indoor pool, saunas, a heat cabin, a fitness room, and table tennis) is located in the same building and is easily accessible by elevator.
Despite its central location, the apartment offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere thanks to its elevated floor level, free from the usual “through traffic.”
The apartment features a spacious entryway, a closet with room for luggage, a functional bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and ample storage space; a spacious living room/bedroom with a fold-out bed and a pull-out double sofa; and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, two induction cooktops, range hood, microwave with grill function, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, waste sorting system, sink, and all necessary kitchenware.
The dining table in the living area, with four comfortable chairs, offers plenty of space for meals and cozy get-togethers.
The high-quality fold-down bed is easy to open and close and offers two adults a relaxing and restful night’s sleep. The carpenter-quality bunk bed provides a comfortable sleeping space for two people.
The flat-screen TV receives satellite programming and is also internet-enabled.
The accommodation features effective blackout options and good heating.
The spacious, south-facing balcony features a rustic, high-quality beer garden set with cushioned seats for dining outdoors or relaxing together while enjoying the beautiful view. For shade, you can roll out the built-in awning. There’s also plenty of room for the two provided lounge chairs or a clothes rack.
Unlike most other guests, you won’t have to search for a parking spot on the street. At our apartments, you can book a private underground parking space for 5 € per night. From there, you can reach the main building directly via a path through the complex to House 6, ensuring you stay dry even in bad weather.
