This friendly, bright, and cozy apartment is located in the Predigtstuhl Resort and, with its two rooms and 53 m², offers plenty of space for up to six people. Nestled in the heart of the Bavarian Forest, the apartment sits at an elevation of 900 meters, directly above the health resort of Sankt Englmar and at the foot of the Pröller and Predigtstuhl mountains. The bedroom features a sofa bed for two people (160 x 200 cm) and a children’s bunk bed (90 x 180 cm) for up to two children, a large desk for working, reading, drawing, painting, or playing, a wardrobe with ample storage space for your vacation essentials, and nightstands. The open dining area for 5 people is equipped with a high-quality designer kitchenette that includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a Siemens dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Senseo coffee maker, and a kettle. In the spacious living room, a high-quality box-spring sofa bed (which can be used as a full-size double bed) invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. You’ll also have free access to a smart TV with cable, internet, and various gaming apps, as well as a stereo system with a radio, CD player, and Bluetooth. A wide selection of books, DVDs, and games provides additional entertainment. From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony with lounge chairs and armchairs—the perfect setting for a relaxing breakfast or to wind down after a wonderful day on vacation. The bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, leaves nothing to be desired. We’re happy to provide you with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, bath and hand towels, as well as soap, shower gel, and toilet paper. The coat closet in the entryway offers plenty of space for your sports equipment (skis, snow boots, hiking boots, etc.). The price also includes free Wi-Fi, final cleaning, parking, bed linens, mini-golf clubs, and accessories. Secure parking spaces in the resort’s underground garage are available for an additional fee. A 50% prepayment may be charged after booking. The remaining amount must be transferred to the provided bank account no later than 14 days before arrival. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. The key will be left for you in a key safe right next to the apartment door. The code will be provided to you in advance upon request. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Breakfast or dinner is not included in the price. The local tourist tax of 2.00 EUR per person per day is not included in the price. A toddler bed (120 x 60 cm) with linens and a high chair are available. An extra bed for a 5th person is available upon request.
