Located in the private domain of the Golf Country Club of Sainte-Maxime, this Provençal villa offers you an exceptional sea view that will dazzle you as soon as you arrive. Enjoy beautiful sunny days by the infinity pool, in the calm and serenity of the estate.
The first floor, facing the sea, houses a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living space and a master suite with an en-suite shower room. An extra room with two single beds is accessible from the kitchen or from the outside; this space, formerly a scullery, offers an additional sleeping solution without being a traditional bedroom.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with double beds have their own shower room and share a large terrace, ideal for admiring the enchanting landscape of our region. For your comfort, the villa is fully air-conditioned.
The exterior offers a large driveway allowing the parking of several vehicles, as well as a carport with two spaces.
The beaches of La Nartelle and the many beach clubs are only 5 minutes away by car. The shops and restaurants of the city center can be reached in just 5 minutes.
