This spacious, luxurious villa with a stunning 180° ocean view is located at the top of the Domaine du Golf in Sainte-Maxime, just 4 km from the ocean and the bustling city center with its outdoor cafes, markets, and restaurants.
This exclusive vacation villa features no fewer than 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people. If privacy is important to you, this villa offers optimal comfort because the first floor and upper floor are not connected.
On the upper floor, the living room offers a stunning view of the sea. Adjacent to it is the fully equipped kitchen in Provençal style. Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on this floor, each featuring a double bed. The remaining two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located on the first floor. These rooms are at garden level.
The garden features a large covered terrace with a stunning view of the Bay of Saint-Tropez and is equipped with a large dining table, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a gas grill. The greatest asset of this beautiful vacation villa is the heated private pool, from which you can once again enjoy a phenomenal view of the sea.
During the off-season, we offer this villa for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at more affordable rates.
Pool heating can be booked as an optional extra (€150/week)
