THe location was excellent. Lots of good resturants in the area, and right in centre of old Venice. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful
We can late ... and we did not receive the email to self enter on time ... so we had to go somewhere else the first night. The staff knew we were coming late ... I self checked in, and was expecting an email on how to enter after hours, but did not receive it. They didn't send it till 10:30 that night ... and we didn't have good wifi, so did not receive the email. Staff should have sent the entry email in the afternoon ... after the self checkin was completed. This was very, very, dissappointing ... we had to find our way back to the bus station, and find another place. Luckily there were friendly locals, that helped a couple of senior tourists with bad joints ... we had to do alot of extra walking which was very painfull

Great location. Nice staff on reception and at breakfast. Nice decor
V small room. Very noisy kitchen staff in the restaurant just below our window outside in the courtyard smoking and chatting loud. 1 night was noisy until way after midnight. Not what you expect from staff considering the cost.
