Open to the living room, modern and fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. Tea, coffee, sugar, and capsules are also provided.

Bedrooms
Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and a TV. These are quiet and pleasant spaces to rest after your days in Paris.

Two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, hairdryer, and welcome kits (shower gel & shampoo).

One toilet, located in the first shower room.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment has only one toilet, in the first shower room; the second shower room has a shower but no toilet. With six guests, sharing one toilet takes some organisation: the apartment is more comfortable for four.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot, including at night: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will have 70 m² (753 sq ft) in a quiet part of the 12th arrondissement, on the 2nd floor with a lift and steps from the metro, with two double bedrooms, two shower rooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.

You will have full access to the entire apartment, enjoying complete independence throughout your stay.

Check-in is fully autonomous thanks to a digital access guide available 24/7.
