A 700 sq ft suite on the 5th floor of Boulan South Beach, one block from the sand. Sleep in a queen bedroom, cook in the full kitchen and eat at a table for four. A sofa bed and an air mattress make room for two more guests. Upstairs, the rooftop pool and gym; beach chairs are included. The 24/7 concierge hands you the keys.

Living room: sofa bed and TV; an air mattress is available for a fourth guest.

The whole suite is yours. In the building: the rooftop pool (loungers included, cabanas paid on reservation), the 24-hour gym, The Garden restaurant (dine-in and room service), and complimentary beach chairs on the public beach at 21st Street. Valet parking at the hotel for a fee, entrance on Collins Avenue at 20th Street.
The Neighborhood:
Boulan sits in Collins Park, at the north end of South Beach. The beach is one block away, the Bass Museum and the park are across the street, and the Miami Beach Convention Center is a short walk. Lincoln Road's shops and restaurants are about ten minutes on foot.
Getting Around:
Miami International Airport is about 25 minutes by car. The free Miami Beach Trolley runs along Collins and Washington Avenues, with stops a short walk away.

Please note: the rooftop hot tub is temporarily closed for maintenance. The rooftop pool stays open.

Great location…the on-site staff were very friendly. The set up of the one bedroom was perfect. Pool was a very nice addition. Very short walk to the convention center…as well as a very short walk to the beach. Host was first rate in his communication.
