A bright 991 sq ft suite at Boulan South Beach: a king bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and room for up to 5 guests. Cook in the open white kitchen, eat at the glass dining table, and do laundry in the unit. Upstairs, the rooftop pool with loungers; downstairs, The Garden restaurant in the courtyard. Cross Collins Park and you are on the sand in a few minutes, and the Miami Beach Convention Center is a short walk away.

Living room: sofa bed, TV, floor-to-ceiling windows.
Kitchen and dining: open white kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, glass dining table.
Bedroom: king bed, wall-mounted TV and a vanity desk.
Bathroom: marble, soaking tub, glass walk-in shower. A half bath for guests.
Washer and dryer inside the apartment.
Guest Access:
The whole suite is yours. In the building: rooftop pool (loungers included, cabanas paid on reservation), 24-hour gym, The Garden restaurant (dine-in and room service). The public beach at 21st Street is a few minutes on foot across Collins Park. Paid parking in the hotel garage, entrance on Collins Avenue at 20th Street.
The Neighborhood:
Boulan sits in Collins Park, at the north end of South Beach. The Bass Museum and the park are across the street, the beach is a few minutes on foot, and the Miami Beach Convention Center is a short walk away. Lincoln Road and Española Way, with their shops, cafes and restaurants, are about ten minutes on foot.
Getting Around:
Miami International Airport is about 25 minutes by car. The free Miami Beach Trolley runs along Collins and Washington Avenues, with stops a short walk away. Uber and Lyft are easy to find.

Please note: the rooftop hot tub is temporarily closed for maintenance. The rooftop pool stays open.

Just want to express how great my husband and I enjoyed this fantastic hotel suite. Words can't express how great it was. The pics are exactly how it looks inside! Everything was what you needed in your home away from home.Steve was great with communicating. Everything is in walking distance. If Uber or Lyft needed(which we did use as well), they are there within minutes. The place was immaculate! Thanks again,Steve, for allowing us to vacation at your suite and for being an amazing host! The Holts.

Great location. Staff at the front desk was awesome. Place was very clean. There's plenty of room for the four of us to spread out in the condo. Pool was warm. There was also a hot tub. Ice maker did not work. But everything else was great
