Very nice property in a great location in Florence. There are stairs to climb to get to the unit including a narrow circular staircase to access the third bedroom which worked well for our teen who enjoyed having his own space above our room. Air conditioning worked well and the washing machine was a plus (no dryer, which is typical in Europe). It was a great apartment for our family trip.

Clear check in instructions were provided. The apartment was very clean and the online description was accurate. One thing to note about the third “bedroom” with twin bed - it was more like a loft located off another bedroom with access via a very narrow (maybe 14 inches), very tall spiral staircase. For us this was not a problem, but you definitely could not expect to let a small child or anyone with physical limitations to sleep up there. The property felt safe and the location was perfect with very easy access to all points of interest and the train station. There was a great local cafe right across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is really in the heart of the city. There are many stairs to climb, so this is not for those looking for an elevator. The twin bed area is amazing up a spiral staircase with a balcony overlooking the street. Very comfortable for our family of 5.

We had mixed feelings about this flat. Our stay really started poorly. We followed the instructions to get in the flat, but there was a secondary lock that we did not have a key for. We were waiting in a hot stairwell for 30 minutes for the host to show up and unlock the door.I was also unpleasantly surprised that we owed cash to the host upon arrival. The host did not charge the cleaning fee or a local tax to our credit card. The host wanted cash to cover those fees, which we paid, but it is inconvenient and expensive to use cash in another country. Just be aware of this if you book the flat because I was not aware until a couple of days before our booking. The flat itself was fine. It is very near the attractions. It had the bedrooms and beds advertised. The AC worked well. Our problems were not with the flat itself but with the hosts. If we had not had the problems getting in the flat, I probably would have rated it higher.
