A Vacation in Complete Tranquility
Casa Julie is located in the Ugan region, nestled on a plot of more than 10,000 square meters. Surrounded by nearly 300 olive trees and a grove of palm trees, the property offers an unobstructed view of the sea off Cofete, the Pico de Zarza, and—on clear days—the Punta de Jandia, the southern tip of Fuerteventura. The house, with approximately 100 square meters of living space, offers all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Amenities include a covered terrace measuring approximately 60 square meters with an integrated infinity pool, as well as a fully glass-enclosed kitchen and living area with breathtaking views of the surrounding olive trees, the desert landscape, and the sea. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher is included, as are a washing machine, internet, and a generously sized television set. The modernly designed house features two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, toilet, and shower, making it ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together. Within walking distance (approx. 1,000 m) lies the picturesque Playa de Chiguigos, which is usually frequented only by a few locals or independent travelers and, thanks to its sheltered location, is ideal for swimming.
The nearest larger town is La Pared, 3 km away; Costa Calma is 8 km away and offers a wide range of shopping and entertainment options, as well as an extraordinary variety of sports and water sports activities.
However, due to the absolutely peaceful location of Finca Casa Julie, far away from the usual tourist areas, a rental car is absolutely essential.
We would like to strongly emphasize that, due to the open pool—which is not protected or fenced—the house is not suitable for small children or non-swimmers! Therefore, we advise against making a reservation.

A warm welcome at a beautiful location.
the view, everything was fantastic.
The way the house was build, the view, ...
the owners make you feel very welcome and are very helpful ( waze pointed out a different location but the daughter came to search us so we could follow her by car)
The little details made it extra enjoyable: handsoap, facual cream,tissues, shower gel, body lotion,...
The house is a dream. At night you see the stars and you hear the silence.
At daytime you have a stunning view wherever you are in the house

Casa Julie is a beautiful property in an outstanding location with wonderful views to the south and south west, located in the southern part of Fuerteventura, close to La Pared. Converted from a stable building, the design is fresh and modern. The living space is open plan with full height glass opening over the views and it has good connection to the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to work. The house is off grid for electricity and everything worked perfectly with a good supply of hot water for showers. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good storage.
Casa Julie is well located for access to the beaches at Sotovento/Costa Calma and La Pared. It also has good access to the lovely villages in the centre of the Island and the airport is one hour's drive. Renting a car here would be essential. Food shops and restaurants are about 15 mins drive. The owner, Norbert, was great to deal with and his assistant Sara was very helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Julie. It is a wonderful place to chill out.
