About this house rental
The property is located just a few minutes’ walk from the white-sand beach in a well-maintained residential complex. The bungalow is situated in the upper part of the complex in an absolutely quiet location. The living room is approximately 50 square meters in size and features a flat-screen TV, a sofa seating area, a home office, a kitchen, and a spacious dining area. The large, secluded courtyard with a private pool is furnished with a seating area. The washing machine is also located there. Through the courtyard, you reach the sleeping area with a bedroom (double bed). The spacious, naturally lit bathroom includes a shower, a modern sink, and a separate toilet. The upper bedroom (double bed, 200 x 200) with a large bathroom (shower, tub, and separate toilet/bidet) is also accessible via the courtyard, as is the partially covered sun terrace with a fantastic ocean view of Costa Calma Bay. Here you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast and start or end the day in a relaxed manner. This house is not suitable for small children! Pets are not allowed!

Fantastisk at vågne om morgenen og have direkte havudsigt fra sengen på første sal. Boligen ligger i øverste række og udsigten samt stilheden opvejer nemt den lidt længere gåtur op ad bakke eller trapper til den. Der er masser af køkkengrej, udemøbler og håndklæder hvilket vi sætter pris på. Det ene soveværelse i underetagen er spærret af da ejeren har ting opbevaret der, men det betød intet for os. Der er en gåtur på 10-15 minutter til indkøb og spisesteder, men forvent ikke det store udvalg af restauranter da der mange all inclusive hoteller i området. Poolen kunne vi ikke bruge, da den var 16 grader varm (ingen opvarmning) i slutningen af januar måned selvom vejret var godt (20-25 grader om dagen og masser af sol). Det er en fordel at kunne lidt tysk, da de på udlejningskontoret ikke talte videre godt engelsk.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat passten genau zu dem, was wir vorfanden: eine sehr gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Panorama-Dachterrasse und einem Innenhof, der nicht nur vor dem Wind schützte, sondern mit seinem kleinen Pool auch für eine Erfrischung gut war. Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung bereits an Freunde weiterempfohlen und werden auch deshalb sicher einen weiteren Urlaub hier verbringen, weil wir uns vom Vermieter gut beraten und betreut gefühlt haben. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage: Zum endlos langen Strand Playa Barca ist es ein kurzer Fußweg, in umgekehrter Richtung ebenso zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Ein Leihwagen ist trotzdem zu empfehlen, denn auch weiter entfernt warten lohnende Strandabschnitte und Wanderstrecken!
