• Reasonable daytime visitors are permitted only when the total number of people remains within the property’s maximum occupancy, all house rules are followed, and the gathering is not a party or event.
• Parties, receptions and events are prohibited.
PROPERTY LAYOUT
• The guest accommodations are divided between a separate ground-level cabana and the upstairs main living area.
• The two guest areas are not connected internally. Guests must go outside and use the exterior staircase to access the upstairs portion of the property.

NOISE
• Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and until sunrise the following morning.
• Guests are responsible for respecting the surrounding residential neighborhood and applicable local noise regulations.
POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY
• There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No diving.
• No glass is permitted in or around the pool or hot tub.
AIR CONDITIONING
• Please keep all exterior doors closed while the air conditioning is running.
• Leaving doors open can affect AC performance and may cause the system to freeze.
PLUMBING
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilets.
• Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products or any other items.
TRASH
• Please place all trash in the designated property receptacles.
• Our maintenance team handles municipal collection logistics.
ROUTINE EXTERIOR SERVICE
Routine exterior vendors may access outdoor areas during scheduled service windows for pool service, landscaping, trash collection or other property maintenance.
These teams do not enter the home without prior notice except in an emergency.
PEST CONTROL
The property receives professional pest-control service as part of our regular maintenance.
As with any home in Miami’s tropical climate, an occasional insect may still find its way inside. Keeping exterior doors closed helps minimize this.
EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras, where disclosed in the listing, are used for property protection, safety, access oversight and house-rule enforcement.
There are no cameras inside guest living or sleeping areas.
Cameras are not routinely or continuously monitored. Recorded footage is generally reviewed only when reasonably necessary to investigate property damage, safety or security incidents, suspected house-rule violations, access issues or guest/neighbor complaints.
CLEANING
The property is professionally cleaned, reset and inspected between every guest stay.
Household cleaning supplies and laundry detergent are provided for guest use.

Great place, close to the Marlins stadium and easy walk to the main strip in Little Havana. Backyard was great to hang out in, with sun loungers and the pool. I'd happily go back!

I booked a weeks stay here at The Pink Palm because I had a large group during Miami Music Week. This house was clean, the beds and pillows were comfy, the AC units were all functional (which is important!), kitchen was properly stocked with cooking needs and the pool/jacuzzi were a nice touch. The staff at EPM were all super communicative and quick to handle any issues we ran into such as requesting more towels and providing help with the front gate door. I definitely recommend The Pink Palm for a girls trip, bachelorette or family trip!
