Communication is bad Send a text answer way later The fob to access to the building never work I loose about 2 hours of my vacation trying to find a solution on the time I got yelled out by the building manager There answer is Call the host we only basically Control parking and who access the property That it The door lock automatically so be careful When you throw garbage and you alone Lock on you is not way get in Since building people are not allowed to Help or go in the room Well I’m not clear since I never have answer I never got the fob back Sad because is a great area But poor management

Very good value for the price! Check-in process is a little different than a typical hotel, but host is super friendly. Be sure to follow the instructions and reach out 24hrs prior to ensure a smooth check-in. "Hotel room" (actually an apartment) was super clean and a nice quiet space in the hustle and bustle of Brickell.

We had a great stay! The host was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. The location was safe and central to all of the Miami hot spots. Room was clean and spacious.
