Seaside Palms - Professionally Managed by Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals (GSVR)
Gorgeous, well-thought-out touches define this beautifully renovated luxury beachfront home, which has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and sleeps up to 14 guests. Guests will love the spectacular two-story wall of windows in the living room, the big kitchen, and the screened and open porches, with the sugar-white sand beach just steps from the door.

Beach views pour through a 2-story wall of windows in the main floor living room, the focal point of the level. A wet bar with an undercounter beverage fridge and ice maker serve this space, and the fully stocked kitchen makes cooking and serving a pleasure, with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and range, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and every other essential. 3 of the home's 4 bedrooms are on this floor: a beachfront King bedroom, another King suite, and a bedroom with a pair of Queens, each with a private bath and direct porch access. A half bath and a laundry area complete the level.
The 4th bedroom has the entire top floor to itself. It's a great fit for a whole family or the younger members of the group, with a pair of Queens and a lofted pair of Twins. An attached private bathroom and direct access to a large private porch complete the space.
Outside, massive porches face both the beach and the lagoon across both levels, some open and some screened. The extra outdoor living space is ideal for soaking up the sunshine and views or enjoying meals al fresco. Down on the ground floor, more shaded living space comes with hammocks, plenty of seating, and a charcoal grill for cookouts and beachside barbecues. The best part is just steps away: a gorgeous stretch of private white sand beach. When the day winds down, an outdoor shower makes washing off the sand simple.
Seaside Palms sits in a quiet section of West Beach, 5 miles west of the intersection of Gulf Shores Parkway and Beach Boulevard. It's away from the condos and crowds, yet just minutes from town.
This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected. This was the PERFECT house for our family vacation. We had 6 teenagers with us and the hang out under the house was the perfect evening hang out so that we could go to bed and put the little kids to bed. The house was so nice, and the owner had a gate in the closet that we could use to block the stairs. The beach is not crowded due to no high rises, we even went over memorial day weekend and week. We had a lot of rain while we were there and the hang out for the older kids was clutch!! Seriously such a perfect house, wish it was for sale ;). Will definitely be back to this location!!!

It was a beautiful house with plenty of room! We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, the deck, the ocean, and the space under the house!
