Villa with a large private garden in Parco di Veio, offering maximum privacy, located in the Isola Farnese neighborhood of northern Rome. The villa features two double bedrooms, one of which is located on the first floor with French doors opening onto the garden. This air-conditioned bedroom includes a 52-inch smart TV and an en suite bathroom with marble and travertine finishes, a window, and a spacious shower.
On the first floor, in the attic, there is another air-conditioned double bedroom with a smart TV.
Plus two comfortable sleeping spots on the daybed in the ground-floor living room—a spacious living area with travertine marble flooring, a working central wood-burning fireplace, and a kitchenette; the second bathroom features a window and a shower.
Garden with tall trees, enclosed by a secure fence and a thick, lush hedge, featuring a barbecue and a built-in wood-fired oven with counter space, as well as a hot tub/jacuzzi heated up to 40 degrees! Outdoors in the garden, there are 4 seating areas, a sun deck with lounge chairs, outdoor sofas with tables, and umbrellas. The villa is about a half-hour drive from the center of Rome and is very close to the Veio Archaeological Site and the Etruscan Sanctuary of Apollo. The Olgiata International Golf Course is 1 km away, Lake Bracciano is about 10 km away, and the beach at Fragene is a 40-minute drive away. A supermarket is located about 400 meters away, and a shopping center is 1 km away. Ample private parking is available.

Georgio was a fantastic host! The property was exactly as pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside space, the hot tub was wonderful to soak in after a long day of touring. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if given the chance to return to Italy.
