Cute and cozy
This is a very cute apartment near the Policlinico Gemelli and the Catholic University. It’s on a very quiet street.
It’s located on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a terrace featuring a doghouse, a table and chairs for dining in the summer, and shade curtains... Inside, there are 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom with a tub, and a living room with a kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
To get to Gemelli Hospital:
When you exit the building, turn left, continue to the main street, Pineta Sacchetti
Turn right
Continue straight for a couple of hundred meters, then turn left at the second street, then left again. You’ll have the hospital’s main entrance practically right in front of you.
For the Catholic University:
When you exit the building, turn left and continue until you reach the main road, Pineta Sacchetti
Turn left, then cross the street to the other side.
Continue for about 50 meters and you’ll reach the university’s main entrance.
For grocery shopping:
As you exit the building, turn left and continue to Main Street
Turn right
Continue straight for 400 meters, pass Nissan, and then after twenty meters on the right-hand side you’ll see the supermarket.
