About this apartment rental
Located in the middle of Florence historic center, at 5 minutes from the train station, in the heart of the old district of S. Lorenzo, full of life. The apartment, on the third and last floor with elevator, is quiet, bright, panoramic and romantic. overlooking the rooftops of the city, the terrace has a great view of the monuments and hills. The rooms are completely furnished in style and very comfortable with air conditioning in all rooms. Guarantee a fabulous stay!

A wonderful stay in Florence! Gaia was an excellent host, and her property was perfectly located. Excellent to come back to our air conditioned “home” after a long busy day of sightseeing. Also grateful for the washing machine!

Gaia is an excellent host. Her apartment is lovely, and personal, with exceptional views over Florence rooftops to the hills from bedroom and the upstairs terrace. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. The apartment is particularly clean and also quiet as it is not on the side of the street. It suited us to be easy walking distance to the train, the lovely central food market ( eat and drink upstairs at market) and the language school we were attending. A good Conad supermarket close. Lift was so good (of course steps before and after lift ). We experienced very hot weather and were thankful to study and sleep with an airconditioning unit. Thank you Gaia! .

Great location! It felt like we lived in the neighborhood. The terrace was wonderful - every late afternoon/evening we had a glass of wine, listened to the church bells and watched the swifts. Gaia & everyone made us feel welcome and cared for.

Although the description said there was a lift and there was, it did not say there were 7-8 concrete stairs to get to the lift and then 6-7 fairly steep stairs to reach the hall that led to the unit. For those of us who have issues with stairs, it was certainly problematic.Although sets of towels were laid out, there was only one bath towel per guest. In the closet there was a sign over additional towels and linens saying do not touch. Additional towels would be 5 each and 10 for linens.
