The apartment is located in La Spezia, in a convenient location with good public transportation access to the Cinque Terre, about 350 meters from the La Spezia Centrale train station and just a short walk from the bus stop. The apartment is equipped with every amenity: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen, and private PARKING INCLUDED! (space number 9). The 80-square-meter apartment, spacious and functional, is spread over two levels and is located on the fourth floor and attic level of a building without an elevator. The interior is laid out as follows: LOWER LEVEL: - BEDROOM: double bed and large closet; - LIVING ROOM: dining area, sofa, TV; - KITCHEN: refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, moka pot, kitchen utensils; - BATHROOM: equipped with a shower and bidet. UPPER FLOOR: - (SECOND) BEDROOM: double bed (which can be converted into 2 single beds) and 2 single beds Additional amenities available to guests: TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Upon arrival at the apartment, you can turn on the air conditioning by inserting the key into the control panel and setting it to "1." Adjust the air conditioning as usual using the remote control.
Sheets and towels are included. Children are welcome; a crib and/or high chair are available upon request.
