About this house rental
Located in a quiet neighborhood on a non-busy street about two miles from downtown Estes Park. Two separate living areas with satellite TV and DVD in each to let your family spread out. High-speed internet and wi-fi. Downstairs master bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms, all with queen beds. Fold out futon located in the office. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer. Three total levels. Large wrap-around deck with mountain views. Frequent wildlife. Easy access to the national park and downtown.

This was a beautiful property with very quick and easy access to Estes and the Bear Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was very spacious with lots of opportunity for our family to gather for games or a movie or take a break from one another when we needed it. The kitchen was very well-equipped and all of the appliances were in great shape. The deck wrapped around the back of the house and we saw deer in the yard every morning while we had our coffee. The owners clearly take care of the place and were very responsive/communicative. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again when we return to RMNP.

Perfect! Just what we needed. And it was even nicer than shown in the pictures. Close to town, but still peaceful with great views. Would highly recommend!

Great location! Close to grocery store and town and a quick drive to RMNP entrance. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
