Elk Run Retreat is appointed with modern mountain decor and every comfort you might need. Our open-concept space is perfect for family fun and relaxation. From the cozy living area with ample seating, you can access the kitchen or master bedroom with ease.
CONDO FEATURES: Ground level entrance, Flat screen TV w/ Roku in every room and living room, gas fireplace, private patio, master bedroom w/handicap accessible en-suite bathroom
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, full sized fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, Keurig coffee maker w/ complimentary K-cups
GENERAL: Free Wifi, in unit washer/dryer with detergent provided, linens & towels, ceiling fans
EXTRAS: High chair, pack n play, pedestal fans, board games, books, toys
HOUSE RULES:
-1 dog max allowed, no cats
-$75 dog cleaning fee will be added to booking
-Dogs cannot be left unattended at property unless they are crated
-Must be at least 25 years old to book
-Additional taxes and fees may apply
-Extra cleaning fee may be applied if property is left unsatisfactory

Our family of six (all adults) really enjoyed our stay over the Fourth of July! Clean, parking right outside the door, great view and two minute walk to fun and food. Communication was great, and we would definitely recommend this VRBO to others in the future!

This condo was perfect for our family of five. We loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and we all enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Exceptionally clean and convenient for our family of six. We walked from the condo to the shops on Elkhorn multiple times while staying. Our adult children loved The Barrel beer garden on Moraine. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and Elk spotting at the golf course or Lake Estes. Highly recommend!

Great location. Spacious condo and very clean. Listing accurate. Very comfortable condo to spend time with family. Super convenient to Rocky Mountain national park. Would definitely stay here again.
