About this apartment rental
Hello, hello, and a warm welcome to a very special vacation rental: This “Ankerplatz” (anchorage)—perfect for a solo traveler or a couple—is brand-new, furnished in a cutting-edge style, and very comfortably equipped—all behind a historic facade that has been thoughtfully and lovingly integrated with a new structure.
Located right in the heart of Westerland’s pedestrian zone—essentially a “neighbor” to the Wilhelmine—the building named “Wilhelm,” with its small, distinctive corner turret, is a real eye-catcher in the island’s capital. The “Ankerplatz” apartment is located on the first floor, is accessible by elevator, and faces “toward the back”—that is, toward the courtyard—so it offers relative quiet despite its central location.
The apartment measures 30 square meters and features a bathroom with a shower. The building includes a convenient underground parking garage (duplex), a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer, and, of course, internet/Wi-Fi. By the way, you’ll be right next door to the “Sturmkoje,” a similar apartment right next door that you can also find in our portfolio—perfect if you’re traveling as a group of four and want to be as close as possible while still maintaining a friendly distance.
