The vacation rental is on the 7th floor of an 8-story apartment building with an elevator.
From the balcony, you have a magnificent view stretching from the western part of Westerland all the way to the sea.
The main entrance to the Hanseatenhaus is in the center of Westerland, diagonally across from the Friedrichstrasse pedestrian zone.
The beach is about 400 m away, and the train station is about a 5-minute walk away.

is the high-quality, fully furnished one-room vacation apartment App. 74, suitable for 1–3 people (approx. 42 m²). Due to its location on the 7th floor, the vacation apartment offers a fantastic view over the city all the way to the sea.
A combined living room and bedroom with a double sofa bed and a dining area serves as the centerpiece of this brightly furnished apartment with tile floors. In the hallway area, there is an additional single fold-out bed for 1 person.
The open kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave (including convection oven and grill functions), coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, and refrigerator with
freezer space, as well as dishes for daily use, is, of course, at your disposal.
A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.
Your parking space (No. 24) is located in the underground garage and can be reserved for a fee of €5 per day.
Please note: Unfortunately, the underground parking space is not suitable for SUVs or larger cars.
