Your Lee apartment is located in a newly built house in the Redewisch neighborhood of Boltenhagen.

The Red/Lee vacation apartment is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

The vacation apartment features an east-facing terrace. Spanning 100 m², the apartment features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, sauna, and whirlpool, as well as a guest restroom. The apartment is approximately 1,800 meters from the beach.

The apartment is located in a quiet area near the Redewisch estate. Your own sun terrace with a garden and outdoor furniture invites you to relax outdoors.

The living room features a modern sofa and a dining area for the whole family. A gas fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and provides warm comfort. A flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player provide entertainment. The windows on the first floor can be darkened with curtains.

The well-equipped kitchenette features numerous appliances for preparing your meals: a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, and a 4-burner induction cooktop with an oven. Of course, there are also plenty of dishes, glasses, and pots and pans.

The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 90 x 200). In the second bedroom on the first floor, a double bed (2 x 80 x 200) ensures a restful night’s sleep. In both bedrooms, you can store your vacation wardrobe in spacious closets.

The third bedroom is located on the second floor. This room is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) and an additional TV (no TV channels—only for a streaming device or PlayStation).

All bedrooms have vinyl flooring. The windows are fitted with roller blinds.

The shower room on the first floor features a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a whirlpool tub. As an added highlight, you can use the sauna built into the bathroom (12 euros/day). Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A parking space is available to you free of charge on the property.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). Wi-Fi is available free of charge (subject to availability).

The Redewisch Lee and Luv apartments are located on the spacious property in Boltenhagen Redewisch. Absolutely quiet and far removed from the summer hustle and bustle of Boltenhagen, both apartments invite you to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The beach is about two kilometers away.

Pets are allowed in one of the apartments.
Wi-Fi is available in all apartments (subject to change).
You’ll find parking for your car right next to the house.

Lee and Luv Vacation Apartments:

The Lee and Luv vacation apartments each have their own entrance in this country-style two-family home. The architectural style is consistently, lovingly, and with great attention to detail carried through in the interior design and finishes. Both four-room apartments feature a spacious living-dining area and a separate kitchenette. The covered terrace of each apartment allows for relaxed outdoor meals even in inclement weather. On cooler days, the hot tub, sauna, and gas fireplace invite you to enjoy warm, cozy moments indoors. Up to six people can find a quiet and comfortable place to sleep in the three bedrooms on the first and second floors. You can safely store your bicycles in the shed.
