The Weissach vacation home is located in a wonderfully quiet residential area along the Weißach River, just 1,000 meters from the lake.



Our sun-drenched, spacious vacation home offers 150 square meters of living space, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people with every amenity. Enjoy the sun on the spacious south-facing terrace surrounded by greenery. High-quality teak furniture and lounge chairs provide ample space for all guests.

From the terrace and balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains of the Tegernsee Valley, toward Wallberg and Hirschberg. Thanks to its convenient, central location, the lake, all shops for daily needs, and many popular restaurants are within walking distance. The walking path along the Weißach River leads you to Kreuth with its quaint pubs or down to the lake.

You can make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room by a cozy fireplace. The high-quality custom-built kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for the whole family. From the hallway, you have direct access to the garage.

Upstairs, three individually designed bedrooms await you, two of which have direct access to the balcony!



After a cold winter hike, relax in the wellness area in the basement. A sauna, wellness loungers, and a separate room with a foosball table offer the perfect opportunity to recharge and unwind!

The Weissach vacation home, furnished in a modern country house style, is part of a semi-detached house in a quiet residential area along the Weißach River. The total 150 m² is distributed on the first floor among the spacious living room, a dining area with an open kitchen, and the guest restroom. The hallway leads directly to the garage. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with a Bora induction cooktop, a Siemens dishwasher, a Siemens stove with an integrated microwave, and a Siemens fridge-freezer, an egg cooker, a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, as well as dishes, glasses, silverware, pans, and pots. You’ll find everything you need.
