Welcome to Yellowtail Island Retreat, your private getaway in the heart of the Florida Keys. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Marathon comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for both relaxation and adventure. Step onto the wrap around porch and covered balcony, complete with ceiling fans and pull down shade, and take in the tranquil water views. A heated and chilled pool invites you to unwind after a day on the water. There’s 30’ of private dockage on a clear, flow through canal that’s perfect for fishing, snorkeling or a quick paddle in the included double kayak. Afterward, clean your catch at the fish cleaning station, fire up the gas grill, or hop on the bicycles for a ride around the neighborhood. Inside the home features a master suite with a king bed, flat screen tv, a spa like bath including a bidet. The other guest bedrooms include a queen bed and a room with two twin beds. The granite kitchen is fully equipped to entertain. Sat-Sat rentals only.

Great house for our fishing trip. Plenty of room to park a trailer, a bait freezer downstairs, and the place was very nice. The pool in particular is a welcome treat after a hot day on the boat. A few things to be aware of when you visit - the dock is a bit tight for a larger boat. 30’ is likely the max you’d comfortably fit. All accommodations are on the second floor, so be prepared to carry coolers and whatnot up a flight of stairs. Great spot and we hope to return!

House was clean. Beautiful area. Enjoyed snorkeling in the canal and at the end of the canal. Family really enjoyed everything

I really enjoyed this property. Easy boat loading/unloading that is close. Plenty of parking with a twin axle trailer and a few vehicles. The docking for my boat was easy and safe—no dock rash at this property. The fish table, wash down hose and power is right there at the dock and bait freezer is outdoors by the pool. Pool was great to jump into at any point in the day. Sleeping/bathing accommodations were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was plenty big for cooking food and storage. Thank you!
