YES the Boat is included* with your stay: 2022 SunTracker Pontoon (seats 10) — contract & safety briefing required; $500 refundable deposit; fuel not included. We have a truck/suburban available to rent if needed to tow the boat to and from the ramp w/ Marathon plates so you won't have to pay local ramp fees. After a day on the water, unwind in the private hot tub and enjoy easy access to dining, marinas, and Keys attractions.

The house was welcoming and roomy enough to fit our 3 young kids, grandparents and my husband and myself comfortably. We like to cook-in even when away so having a well stocked kitchen is important to us and this one did not disappoint. Plenty of pots, pans, bowls, etc with a separate ice machine that came in clutch when there was a local ice shortage while we were there. My husband was obsessed with their Ninja blender and ordered one for ourselves. The backyard was great for our dogs to run around in since it was all fenced and there was even enough room for my son to get a couple of baseball practices in. Another big thing for me is a short check out list (nothing is worse than feeling like an unpaid maid at a rental you are about to leave) and their list was short, sweet and reasonable. We spent two weeks here and it became our home away from home!

House is clean and a good size. Loved sitting out on the porch in the morning. With the use of the comfortable couch and air mattress it slept the 2 younger adults good. We had a total of 8. Garage with all the games was a hit. Neighborhood was quiet & close to 7 Mile Bridge. Good communication with owners. Would rent again

Very nice house in good neighborhood. Found lots of places to go check out. Close to a nice beach. Great food all around. Unforseen hot tub issue, but really tried hard to make it right. Would stay again.
