The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a separate, well-equipped kitchen where you can let your culinary creativity run wild. The kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and even a microwave, making cooking a pleasure. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker ensure your daily comfort.
The cozy living room not only offers quick access to the southeast-facing balcony—complete with balcony furniture and an awning—where you can enjoy the fresh lake breeze, but also features a corner sofa bed (140x200 cm), an armchair, and a flat-screen TV.
The dining area is also located in the living room and seats up to 4 people at the cozy dining table with dining chairs.
On this level, you’ll also find the bathroom with a shower, toilet, a lighted mirror, and a heated towel rack.
