"Particolari del Brenta" features four apartments of various sizes and types: two measuring approximately 45 square meters ("Elisà" and "Rose"), one measuring approximately 90 square meters ("Chiara"), and a fourth measuring 75 square meters ("Daniela").
All apartments are located on the first floor and open directly onto the garden, featuring a small porch where guests can eat or relax on the lounge chairs provided.
Also particularly suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Each apartment is equipped with a TV and wireless Internet access.
All rooms are also air-conditioned and heated.
Guests have free access to the laundry room, the game room with an Internet station, bicycles, kayaks, and a large outdoor parking lot on the property.
The entire property is fenced and particularly safe, even for your youngest children
Pets are not allowed except for small ones and only with prior approval.

Great place to stay between Padua and Venice. Marco was always available to give instructions and advice where to go. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We loved staying at this property – the hosts were so helpful in providing us with information and everything we needed. The property itself is about a 30 minute bus ride from Venice and the train station, and the bus stop is across the river some ways away so this unit might be best for a group with access to a car, which my friend and I did not have, but the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating with this. The town the property is in is also beautiful and we loved exploring the shops and biking along the river.

Marco was great to deal with and went above and beyond our expectations. The property is neat clean and in a great location. The apartment is really nice and modernized with the best beds we experienced in Italy. The property provided bikes we're nice to use and made trips to the area businesses a breeze. The property is centraly located about a 15-20 minute ride to Venice. Marco provided all the information needed about the area, right down to the bus schedule and best restaurants to eat at. Don't hesitate to stay here!

we did stay one week at this appartment and had a very nice holiday, Appartment is very clean, has a beautifull and quiet garden (with two lovely dogs) wit a barbecue you may use. Owner is very helpfull. Close to Venice and Padua, and along the river Brenta. Perfect place tot stay!!!!
