A comfortable and cozy place. The room was spacious and clean, and it had everything needed for preparing meals. We stayed in a room for four people, which featured two bathrooms.
The garden by the hotel is very cozy and home to many wonderful animals. We had dinner right there, and it was a great idea.
We are very glad we chose to stay here.

Generally a quiet place, the food in the restaurant was top notch, also the wine made by the hosts. Very good price for the location
The bus station is very close but during our three nights stay,i couldn't understand the schedule and the itinerary (random) of the 53e bus (direct link to Venezia). The waiting time for the bus can be very long

The rooms were large , clean, quiet and comfortable. Basic breakfast was a decent deal at an additional cost. The location is quite convenient and a short drive from Venice with the advantage of a countryside feel. The property is off a busy road, surrounded by greenery, with fruit trees, a farm, some chickens, roosters, goats adding to the "agritourism" experience!
The staff are not very friendly and we had to switch rooms mid-stay because they made a booking mistake.
