Michael was a great host! The property was easy to find, very spacious, and the location was fantastic. Michael always replied to any questions we had. There was even beach chairs and an umbrella in the room, which saved us a lot of money on rentals. The property is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and it's just a few minutes walk to the beach. Book this place if you're looking for somewhere to stay in South Beach!

About this apartment rental

Leave the car behind — everything is steps away. Ground-floor 1BR in the heart of South Beach, 5-min walk to Lummus Park and the beach, near Lincoln Rd, Española Way, restaurants and nightlife.

THE SPACE: two queen beds plus a sofa bed — sleeps 5 with ease. Full kitchen, WiFi, workspace, Roku TV, central AC. No stairs.

GOOD TO KNOW: keypad self check-in (4PM in, 12PM out). Paid washer/dryer in building. Public parking one block away ($20/24h) — not ours. No smoking, no pets, no parties.
