Good place. Nice spot

No hot water for entire stay. They said their is only one water heater for whole building. Never came to check. No working elevators so be prepared to carry luggage upstairs. This time they did have someone at front desk who was very helpful and carried some luggage The bed was horrible the headboard curves so the pillows just fall right down. The code to room was weak. My wife was entering the property and was followed in by a weird person followed her up the stairs and pretended to go to a room trying to get in on pass key. The hotel is beautiful, rooms spacious we have stayed there before. Great location just wish this time would have been same as last. The hotel has lots of potential and the price was great but I’ll pay more next time if it’s still the same

Laura assisted us immediately upon our arrival without hesitation!! it was so appreciative and made the check-in extra smooth. we were able to store our luggage until we checked in for free which was amazing (first come first serve, but it’s a good sized secure closet). The room looks great, exactly like the pics and it feels clean. can’t wait to try out the pool!! would recommend.
