The third party booking was actually a big deal. Since you have to launder your own stuff it would be helpful for f more than the exact amount of towels you need would be provided. Especially since the washer was broken . We were told to text what we need each day and a maid would bring the linens but that never happened. I won’t use third party booking again now that I know to look for it

Amazing condo had everything we needed. We live the resort . Great family time . We definitely recomend recommend.

Unfortunately, the beginning of our stay wasn't what we hoped. No one communicated to us that our condo was ready - No call, text or email. Once we got in, the air wasn't working in the master bedroom and fridge & freezer weren't working as well. With that, they did send someone to address the air that night, but wasn't fixed til the next day. Spent most of the morning and afternoon with people in and out of the condo because of the air conditioning, fridge/freezer, dishwasher wasn't mounted in and there was a lot of water damage to the master bathroom ceiling. Although the condo was very nice, it wasn't a great way to start the trip. We appreciate the items being taken care of, but would have expected them to be done before we checked in. Overall, the condo is very beautiful and in a premier location.

I guess there’s two companies now managing Las Paloma’s it’s our 8 or 9 visit to the Paloma’s. This is the first time we stay at Casagos company. We had to wash our towels every day and the beach towels to because we are NOT allowed to used the ones from the Paloma’s. Had to call them 3 times to bring trash bags and toilet paper cleaning towels. My point is that I paid the same and didn’t Not get all the extra service that the Paloma’s already offers. The apartment was amazing! But we are definitely staying with the other company for the same money.
