An open and modern living area forms the heart of your vacation retreat. From there, you can step out onto the sun terrace, which features its own beach chair, electric grill, and spacious garden. The living room offers great entertainment with a hi-fi system and smart TV, while dinner simmers on the induction stove in the open-concept kitchen. The sofa bed can be unfolded and used as a bed (150x200 cm) for one person. The other guests can stay in the two bedrooms, each of which features a closet, electric exterior blinds, and a large double bed (2x 90x200 cm). Additional rooms include a storage room, a separate guest restroom, and a bathroom with natural light, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rack. Underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment provides exceptional comfort.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. For your personal use, there is a washer and dryer in the bathroom, and a free high chair is available for young guests.
