Enjoy the best time of the year in this three-room apartment, modernized in 2021, with its cozy ambiance. In addition to the very tasteful furnishings and the modern bathroom, two well-equipped balconies enhance the feel-good atmosphere.
The comfortable and bright living and dining area, with direct access to one of the two balconies, is furnished with a cozy corner sleeper sofa, a coffee table, a reading lamp, a large dining table with four chairs, and a high chair for the youngest guest. To play your own music—for example, from your smartphone—a stereo system with Bluetooth rounds out the amenities. The large internet-enabled TV with a Blu-ray player, the game console, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment for guests of all ages.
In the cozy bedroom, you’ll find a large double bed with two 90x200 mattresses. You can store your clothes in the large closet. There’s also a TV available, which can only be used with your own TV stick. First thing in the morning, the sun will treat you to its cozy warmth as soon as you raise the exterior blinds and draw back the blackout curtains. Enjoy your first cup of coffee to start the day on the adjoining balcony.
The children’s room is equipped with a cozy loft bed for two children and a large linen closet. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room available for an additional child.
The renovated and modernized bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is a true oasis of well-being. A tasteful vanity with a base cabinet and two large drawers, a heated towel rack, a cosmetic mirror, a large mirror with lighting, and a hair dryer round out the bathroom.
The modern and first-class, open-concept kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the whole family. It is equipped with every convenience. In addition to a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric kettle, coffee connoisseurs will also find the Nespresso capsule machine (Citiz & Milk) to their liking.
A highlight of this apartment is the complimentary beach chair, which is available for your exclusive use from around Easter through the end of September.
A designated parking space is located right next to the building entrance. Additional parking is available right on the street in front of the house.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Sie entspricht absolut dem Eindruck, den man aus den Bildern und der Beschreibung erhält. Sie war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung ist super (sogar eine Nintendo Wii, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben).
Das Kinderzimmer mit dem Etagenbett ist relativ schmal, aber gerade so ausreichend. Außer schlafen macht man dort ja nichts anderes….
Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
