Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

Look forward to a beautiful, 61 m² 3-room duplex apartment on the 2nd floor of the Kammerweg 89 apartment building, accommodating up to 4 people. The vacation rental is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Scharbeutz, slightly elevated on a hill. The nearby Kammerwald forest is perfect for peaceful walks, hiking, and jogging.
Down the hill via a flight of stairs, the fine-sand beach near the Hamptons restaurant is just a 10-minute walk away. The Ostseetherme is also within walking distance.
From the hallway, you enter the living area. This area is bright and tastefully furnished and features a cozy couch, a flat-screen TV, a built-in kitchenette, and a spacious dining area where everyone can sit together and enjoy meals. The covered, furnished balcony is perfect for enjoying plenty of sunshine in the fresh air. Also on this floor is the modern bathroom with a bathtub that includes a shower. A spiral staircase leads to the upper sleeping area, which features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) in the first bedroom and two single beds (each 90x200 cm) in the second bedroom. The apartment includes a portable folding desk that can be set up in the bedroom or children’s room as needed. This makes it possible to work while on vacation without taking up space in the dining area.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Wi-Fi is, of course, included, and a hi-fi system with a radio and CD player provides musical entertainment.
